Our projects
Since 2005, ACERO Holding has been implementing land development projects, systematically strengthening its position in the real estate market. We have operated both in large cities – including Gliwice, Katowice, Radom, Białystok, and Szczecin, as well as in the Kraków region – and in smaller municipalities, as evidenced by our investments in Nieborowice.
We’re not afraid of challenges – even challenging areas, such as mine dumps, become a space for us to create new investment opportunities. We begin each project with a detailed analysis and the development of a precise development path. This ensures the due diligence process runs smoothly, and investments are completed on schedule without compromising quality.
For many years, we focused primarily on the residential market, creating single-family housing estates and modern multi-family developments that met the needs of local communities. Currently, our strategy is focused primarily on preparing land for logistics and industrial investments. We see enormous potential in this sector and are responding to growing market demand, particularly in regions with strategic transportation significance.
This does not mean, however, that we are giving up on residential projects – we treat them as a complement to our activities, which in selected locations can still constitute a valuable direction of development.
The key to our success is strategy, consistency, and attention to every detail – from planning, through obtaining permits, to final implementation. This approach allows us not only to transform challenging sites into attractive investment opportunities but also to build lasting foundations for future projects that deliver real value to communities and investors.
